There are problems of roll bending, uneven pressing across the machine direction on the traditional roll loading equipment due to its inevitable way of loading on to the bearing housings at both ends of the roll by hydraulic or pneumatic force or by screws. Several developments to reduce or compensate the roll bending have been made and commercially used, but all of them are far away from the ideal one. This newly invented roll loading by Magnetic force is an ideal loading equipment as the two rolls are magnetized through the action of magnetic induction by permanent or electro magnet, and mutually attract each other to apply the nipping pressure to the product in the nip. |
