Fig. 1 shows an example of the piping system diagram when the LIQUID TURNBAR is used. The system is configured with one unit of the pump and two system/three series of filters for liquid. The filter is required to prevent plugging at the LIQUID TURNBAR discharge part. The required performance of the filter shall be examined and selected in accordance with the liquid properties.
Fig. 2 shows an example of the LIQUID TURNBAR that can be washed. It has a structure that has wing nuts to fix the bottom of the LIQUID TURNBAR, so that the liquid discharge part can be removed by releasing the wing nuts to wash the discharge plate and insides. In this case, extra discharge plates can be manufactured at the same time as spares.
