This product is an actuator for reciprocal movement (low mechanical loss) of the web transmission line control equipment for films, papers, clothes, metallic foils and non-woven fabrics and a low friction cylinder using compressed air.

[Notes]	●	Accumulator	It is important to apply the accumulator so that the air supply source will not vary even if there is any load (the required amount of air for the cylinder) fluctuation.
	●	Piping	For the air piping, broad and short pipe will be provided as much as possible at the load side from the accumulator. This is required to respond quickly against variation of air consumption and exhausting speed due to movement of the dancer cylinder.
	●	Air regulator	The regulator must be provided immediately before the cylinder.
	●	Accumulator	It is recommendable to use a container durable against a pressure of 0.5 MPa or provide a cavity in a part of the machine frame to use as a tank. In this case, be careful that generation of corrosion may damage the cylinder.
	●	Dancing direction	It is recommended to apply the flat dancer as a dancer device because it becomes a low inertia dancer since balance weight is not required, and it is possible to respond quickly to tension variations.
	●	Load position, direction	In the case of the dancer device shown in the figure, the load direction and position illustrated in Fig. 1.3 must be observed. The ball bush receiving loads is built into this position. Load cannot be received anywhere other than this position.
	●	Compressed air	For the compressed air to be used, clean, oil-free air passed through the dust filter shall be used.
	●	Deviated load	The linear guide cylinder can support deviated loads in any direction if the loading position restriction is observed.
	●	Guide roll	The lightweight dancer roll that can rotate lightly shall be used.
	●	Air supply	If the air supply is not sufficient even in a short period, the thrust of the cylinder will deteriorate. In this case, the dancer roll cannot respond to tension variations of the web.
