| Fig. 1 shows the two-side inverter that can invert front and back sides of the web without changing direction and without contacting them by installing two units of the AIR-TURNBAR by crossing each other. To move the respective turn bars in the X- and Y-axes directions, turn the respective handles. It is also possible to turn it with the servomotor instead of the handle for both the X- and Y-axes directions. Although three units of the guide role are used in the figure, they can be replaced with the AIR-TURNBAR. |

Fig. 2 shows the two-side inverter that inverts the front side and the back side of various kinds of the web including metal plates without contact by floating them with air pressure for the same purpose as Fig. 1 above.

The guide roll is not used at the inverting portion to invert the material completely without contact.
Three units of the AIR-TURNBAR are arranged flat so that the required space can be minimized.
Since it has the centering effect against the web, it is hard to meander. |
