It is capable to make the ultra low tension transfer.
Since it is the ultra low tension transfer, amount of creases may be little on the base material.
Since the area of the porous plate is large and the air velocity is low, it is hard to meander.
Since it floats the material with low velocity air pressure, it is possible to prevent from damages or skin tensioning phenomena
Since hot air will be exhausted from the porous plate, unbalanced exhaust due to heat distortion may not occur, unlike to the floating slit nozzle having the ordinary mechanism, exhaust unbalance due to thermal distortion, such as thermal deformation of the slit gap, may not occur. |
As shown in Fig 1 to Fig. 10, the base materials will be dehydrated with hot air by arranging the air exhaust chamber with the porous plane as shown in Fig. 1 on one side or both sides of the material, and exhausting hot air at a velocity of about 1/10 of the ordinary one (wind velocity of 1 m/sec) from the porous plate surface.
